Apostle Tawana Thompson is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Access Church, Founder of Kingdom Alignment Network (K.A.N.), and Visionary of Kingdom Apostolic & Prophetic Academy. With over three decades of ministry experience, she is passionate about equipping believers and developing leaders through apostolic teaching, prophetic insight, and practical discipleship. Affectionately known as “Apostle T,” she is committed to restoring the overlooked, strengthening Kingdom leaders, and preparing individuals to fulfill their God-given assignments with maturity, integrity, and purpose. She is also the author of The Wine Press: The Making of a Quality Leader. 

PASTOR-ELECT ERIN WASHINGTON

Affectionately known as Pastor Erin J., Pastor-Elect Erin Washington serves faithfully at Kingdom Access Church under the leadership of Apostle Tawana Thompson. Called to evangelistic ministry in 2012, she has served in intercession, youth ministry, and adjutancy. Evangelistic by call and prophetic by nature, she is passionate about cultivating intimacy with God, facilitating soul healing, and equipping believers for spiritual maturity. Through biblical revelation, practical teaching, and the impartation of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Erin J. empowers individuals to embrace Kingdom citizenship, maintain spiritual wholeness, and fulfill their divine assignments with purpose and conviction.

Dr. Reginald Charlestin, MDiv, MA, BCC, DMin, is a board-certified chaplain, pastoral psychotherapist, author, educator, and faith-based consultant committed to helping individuals and communities cultivate healing, wholeness, and sustainable rhythms for life and service. His work integrates spiritual care, pastoral counseling, trauma-informed practice, and practical approaches to identity, resilience, grief, leadership, and the stewardship of self.
